| RABIES vaccination: |

- 12 weeks of age and older
- Prefer to vaccinate 14-16 weeks of age
- First vaccination valid for a year; Adult vaccine valid for 3 years

| LYME vaccination: |

- 9 weeks of age and older
- Initial series consists of two vaccinations 3-4 weeks apart and then yearly

| CORONA vaccination: |
|
- 6 weeks of age and older
- Initial series consists of two vaccinations 3-4 weeks apart and then yearly

| BORDETELLA vaccination: |
|
- 6 weeks of age and older using intra-nasal vaccine
- Yearly vaccine
- *Should be given no later than two weeks prior to boarding*
